We are committed to make sure you are 100% satisfied with not only your website, but the process of designing your new home on the web. Please read though this carefully so you understand the process of designing your page and some important information we need from you that can slow down the design process if we are missing.

At the initial Website Design Consultation, we will go over your desired structure of your website, how many pages you need and which Website Package you want.

We want to provide you with your website as soon as possible. However before we can even begin the initial design proof for you to approve for your site there are some things that we need from you. Many of these items are addressed in the Website Questionnaire.

Graphics

• High resolution (200 dpi+) pictures and/or other graphics (including logo)

Identity

• Logo (High resolution graphic 200 dpi+)
• Color scheme or color codes
• Slogan or company phrase
• Copies of current advertisements or business card for consistency in design

The more specific you can be, the higher chance that our design will match what you have in mind, and the faster the process will go. If you feel you have no idea, please look at other’s websites to help you form an idea.

Once we have the above items, we will start a design proof of your site. This will be a picture of what your web page might look like and will not be interactive. If there are any minor changes in style or color or that you would like, we are more than happy to make those and resend an altered design proof. You can make 3 revisions before a redesign fee will be assessed.

Once you approve the proof, our web designers will turn your design proof into a website. Once your site is at this stage, only very minor changes can be made, so please be sure you are satisfied with the design proof before approval.

Before we can complete your site and make it live, we will need the following information from you:

Content

• Electronic, typed documents containing the information that will be used in each page of the website (additional charge to change printed or hand written content into type)

• Keywords - Words that web surfers would use to conduct a search for your service or product. A keyword can consist of a single word, such as "bicycles" or an entire phrase, like "ten speed mountain bikes". Also include locations (Cities) that you serve.

As soon as all the content information is provided, you will be emailed a link to the final web proof. Check this over to make sure there are no errors in content placement or formatting. Once the final web proof is approved, and the final payment has been received – your web page will be live for you and your customers to use!
